What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing, and bring a water bottle and a towel. Equipment is provided.

No, but 80% of our kickboxing classes are women. We provide a comfortable atmosphere that focuses on empowering women through fitness and self-defense skills.
How often should I attend kickboxing classes to see results?
